Job Title: Windows Installer / Release Engineer

Key Responsibilities - Developing installation programs using Install Shield and/or other Windows Installer compatible solutions for multimedia products on Windows / Mobile platforms
- Build and Release of the multimedia products
Education and Experience Required
- B.E./M.E./M.Tech./M.C.A with minimum of 2 years experience in IT industry
- Professional knowledge of Install Shield and Windows Installer technology
- 1+ years of installer development using Install Shield and/or other Windows Installer compatible solutions
- Proficiency with Install Shield script (including calls to external DLLs), merged modules, patches, multiple languages, quite install mode, etc.
- Professional knowledge of Visual Studio .NET 2003 and Microsoft C++ building tools.
- Development experience on Windows Platform using Win32 SDK / MFC
- Knowledge of the scripting and automation tools is a big plus
- Professional knowledge of C/C++ and especially ability to diagnose and fix build problems in the complex multiple parts/targets software projects.
- Good documentation skills
- Knowledge of Configuration Management Tools (Microsoft Visual Source Safe, CVS, SVN, etc)
- Good understanding of the development process and flow
- Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
